Due to the time, products, and customized nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services once they have been rendered.

Service Adjustments (Redo Policy)

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we offer a complimentary service adjustment under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of your original appointment

• The adjustment must be scheduled within 5 days of the original service date

• Adjustments apply to the original service only (no style or service changes)

• Requests made after 48 hours are not eligible for a complimentary adjustment

• Requests for a different style or additional service will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly

• Clients must follow proper hair care and maintenance instructions

• We are not responsible for results affected by neglect, improper maintenance, or external factors
